The one small issue I had with past tenants was when they stopped paying rent, but this was dealt with extremely fast (was only 1 week and Braelyn from City & Country was all over it, & got it sorted instantly). They also have a steady stream of well vetted tenants on the ready! Highly recommend!!!

Good variety of rentals that don't exceed the budget... $150 PW is my price range; I was going to rent privately from another landlord that was wanting $300 PW for a 2 bedroom unit in Miles street. Don't need to pay that much when you can go through a real estate and find clean affordable unit for less
